By accessing or using H1B Score (h1bscore.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Description of Service

H1B Score is a free online tool that estimates H-1B visa lottery selection probabilities under the FY2027 wage-weighted selection system. The tool uses publicly available data from the Department of Labor, USCIS, and DHS to generate probability estimates based on your self-reported salary, occupation, and metro area.

H1B Score is an educational and informational tool only. It does not constitute legal advice.

The probability estimates provided are statistical approximations based on publicly available data and assumptions about registration volume and wage distribution. Actual selection outcomes depend on factors beyond our model, including total registration volume, USCIS processing decisions, and regulatory changes.

Do not make immigration, employment, or financial decisions based solely on H1B Score results. Consult a qualified immigration attorney for legal guidance specific to your situation.

Accuracy of Information

While we strive to provide accurate estimates based on the best available data:

• Probability estimates are approximations, not guarantees
• Prevailing wage thresholds are based on DOL data and may not reflect the most recent updates
• Registration volume estimates are projections that may differ from actual figures
• Employer statistics are based on historical data and may not reflect current practices

We make no warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information provided through H1B Score.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when using the calculator
• Use the service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service
• Not use automated tools to scrape or bulk-access the service
• Provide a valid email address if you choose to subscribe

Attorney Referrals

H1B Score may recommend immigration attorneys or law firms. These are referral partnerships, not endorsements. We receive a referral fee from partner attorneys. You are under no obligation to use any recommended attorney, and any legal services you engage are governed by a separate agreement between you and that attorney. H1B Score is not responsible for the quality, outcome, or cost of any legal services provided by referred attorneys.

Intellectual Property

All content on H1B Score, including text, design, code, and data analysis methodology, is the property of H1B Score and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may share your individual results and result page links freely.

Limitation of Liability

H1B Score is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, H1B Score and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on probability estimates, missed deadlines, or immigration decisions.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this page. Continued use of H1B Score constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
